Reiki is quite literally spirit energy. It is brought through by means of an attuned practitioner and sacred symbols. Reiki works with the intelligence of your body to provide you the healing and energetic support that is in your highest good.
No, you can begin the journey of healing and self discovery or book individual sessions without knowing anything about these energy centres. You may come to know them as you work within this framework of healing.
You may do either. The Journey of Healing and Self Discovery is self-guided at first, with the option to add Reiki and guidance calls along the way. You have a chance to "feel it out" before you begin. If you're not sure or you would like some immediate guidance or direction on your path, you may book a conversation and we'll work it out together.
